When you started building your business on the Internet, there might have been for you–as there was for me–one whale of a learning curve. Oh, sure, I could build web pages and web sites until I was blue in the face. But making them pay? That was a completely different story.

When I realized that I needed to move into a self-sufficient lifestyle–that is, when I separated and had to start supporting myself after having raised 4 kids to adulthood–I discovered that my years of wifely duty didn’t count for much in the work-a-day world. I had a Commercial Driver’s license to fall back on and I did that for a few years, until I injured my back about 4 years ago. I could no longer drive and needed to find a way to work from home.

I revived my love for the Internet and my love for writing and started researching ways to make the Internet my “job”. When I hit the wall with information overload, the dreaded “analysis paralysis”, I decided that I needed a blueprint. I needed a guide.
