It is common knowledge now that writing and publishing articles is an effective way to bring targeted internet traffic to your website. You write your piece and then submit it to any of the online article directories such as EzineArticles.com or GoArticles.com and of course there are many others.

TWO REASONS I LIKE GOARTICLES SO MUCH

Incidentally one thing I like about GoArticles is that your articles are published immediately. There is no waiting for human reviewer to read it and decide if it complies with their terms and conditions. All of that takes time, often many days. With GoArticles, you write and paste it into their site and it is immediately available for public viewing.

Another thing I like about GoArticles.com is that you can include affiliate links in your article. Or at least in the resource box at the end of your article. These can even be Clickbank affiliate links if you like. From my experience, there is no limitation on the kind of links you can use there. This contrasts dramatically with EzineArticles.com where affiliate links are not permitted. Even links to subpages (internal pages) at your own site dont seem to be allowed.

A THIRD REASON

And if your article looks like a bit of self-promotion (for example, an article written to bring a potential customer to your site), your article will again very likely get rejected. Not so at GoArticles, so do yourself a favour and open an account there. It’s free, of course. BACK TO THE TOPIC… FINDING SUBJECTS TO WRITE ARTICLES ABOUT:

Since you are rewriting them to some extent, you will probably want to choose the formatting option called “Free-flow TEXT”.

By selecting a category, you get all the subtopics as well.

By selecting a subtopic, you get fewer articles – but more targeted content.

For example, Wealth Building is a sub-topic. The bigger and more broad topic in this case is Finance, and inside that we find Wealth Building. I’m sure you get the idea. It’s the way all directories work. The school library worked that way when you were in school too, I imagine.

GETTING SPECIFIC

If you want very specific topics, scroll down when you’re at UniqueArticleWizard.com’s site and use the blank panel at the right to type in your keyphrases. But be aware that, the narrower you get, the fewer articles you will receive. Obvious, really, but worth mentioning.

ONE DOWNSIDE

Another cautionary note (so you dont complain to me later, okay?) is that the article writer submits his/her articles into whatever categories they like. Some categories seem to attract more irrelevant entries than others. For example, in Blogging or Internet Business I’ve had a lot of totally off-topic stuff come through. The simple solution is to just delete them from your inbox. Dont waste too much time or energy mouthing off about it ‘coz that isnt very productive.

OVERALL

It’s a free service that saves you having to go and do the second-easiest research for yourself at EzineArticles.com or whatever your favorite articles directory is. To produce unique content, rewrite the ideas and facts into your own words, at least to some extent. Another good idea is to combine two or three articles into one new (and unique) article.
