Web marketing gurus lie, don’t they?

I know for a fact they do.

Can you imagine, I gave up my real job and launched myself into a Web marketing business from home. I was under the impression the promises of instant wealth, big daily checks, giant balances in my bank account, more money than I could dream of!

Does this sound familiar?

I started working 12 hours per day, 7 days a week.

And after several months of relentless work I got totally miles away from making the sort of cash that the supposed pros had told me I was going to get. No footage of me with a $125 000 check from Google. No ClickBank statement with thousands. And mostly all I had was a PayPal account showing about a hundred dollars. Does this sound familiar?

Guess what my ex work colleagues had to point out. Wasn’t nice. They kept on asking me when I might be visiting them in my new Ferrari… Weren’t they ever so happy that they kept their jobs and didn’t buy into supposed heaven on earth. Actually when I went to the office they said that I was fishing around to see if I could get my job back. I reject this, on my great grandmama’s grave!

The family stopped talking to me. The in-laws had many nasty words to point out and they didn’t spare me one bit. And I stopped going out with my chums. Couldn’t afford it anymore. Does this sound? Ok you get it!

Pan the camera to a few weeks ago! I’m still at it and making a living. Still no complicated automobile, no luxury cruises, no 2nd home in Spain or game lodge in Africa. But I can sort of pay the bond and have a week-end away.

So why let me know the tale, youare thinking. Nothing new here. Well this is where it becomes engaging. Because I finally found what I was attempting to find by sheer luck and good fortune. I came across it by accident.

When I started this web marketing business one thing I didn’t realize was that I couldn’t write articles and in fact that I dislike making articles. I have since discovered that very few folk basically do, thatis love writing endless articles and that they can do it well.

But it’s's the cornerstone of web marketing. No content, no traffic, no Google love, no opt-in list, no sales. It’s step number one. And one that can’t be ignored.

Out of desperation I subscribed to a service that promised me articles. Still had to rewrite the content by 40%. Work this one out – costing every month and still involves work.

And they’d been rewritten using articles writing software. Bad grammar, content not making sense, that sort of thing. But then I had to amend them, so I suspect it didn’t matter.

Still not sufficient of a work saving to truly make a huge difference. I have got about ten blogs active, niche ones, so it’s quite a constant article writing thing. I know some bloggers have up to a hundred sites.

Then I found some relief. In truth huge relief. Can’t believe I didn’t consider it earlier. I discovered someone who can basically write. It’s a real person I’m able to talk to and give feed-back to. Not some automated ticket getting system where you never can say what robot you are having a lengthy conversation with and who ends up sending you to the FAQ page…

So now I was buying articles and paying for them to get rewritten. Huh? Lousy business model. But at least I had time to ultimately get myself organised and spend my time on marketing and making money efforts. Makes sense or what?

And then I had my aha moment. I discovered that my copy writing genius was basically supplying articles to an article writing service and if I signed on to it I could get the same quality article for under a quarter of what I was paying for them before.
